CEO is administrative and management the company. This is the most important position. CEO is head of the hierarchy in corporation. CEO word is using in American English and it is meaning: A Chief Executive Officer. British English uses Managing Director MD instead of CEO. All of the country use CEO word. It is short and it is pronunciation charismatic.

Sabacı Company established 1967, but in 2000 they have used CEO system. Family members directed 30 years . But after 2000 they used professional system. Hasan Güleşçi is first CEO of Sabancı Holding.
Koç Company didn’t use CEO sytem. But in 2000, they assigned Temel Altay , position of CEO.
The largest two company in Turkey; ‘’SABANCI’’ and ‘’KOÇ’’ have used CEO system for 11 years. Now in Turkey, many companies are using ‘’boss - ceo’’ model. This is meaning: who is the owner of the company this person ceo and boss. Boss doesn’t want professional help. They say: Money is speak! We are owner and we have got money. Boss is the highest rank in company.
In Turkey, 25 large companies do not have CEO. Instead of ceo; this companies are using: Chairman of the Board, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, General Manager, Vice Chairman, Deputy Chairman and General Coordinator... These have got different name but generally they are same position. Boss assing these people. They direct but boss is first facto for all of the companies.
